VSL & Partners had a content managed website originally developed by Rade in 2005 and once again in 2017. These were based on our proprietary MediaStream and ESM platforms and had been developed over the years to include property and applicant databases and also integration with Zoopla and Estates Gazette.
With the launch of Umbraco 7 and a design refresh required, it seemed like a perfect opportunity to rebuld the entire site and take advantage of newer technology and security features and to yet further improve the management process.
It was a pre-requisite that content would be migrated and their existing commercial property and applicant databases would need to be integrated into the new site.
Solution
The new Umbraco site allows staff to update all content on the web site content whilst managing their portfolio of properties using the existing Property database.
The property database also has an API allowing full management of properties listed on Estates Gazette an Zoopla. And further, an applicant management system allows VSL to match and mail relevant properties to their clients via our Rademail Broadcast Email system for email drops.
