You’re not simply buying a website; you’re investing in expertise and ongoing support.
Once your project is live, our attention does not drop. All our customers receive a 3 month warranty period where bugs are resolved free of charge and we’re here to support you, your productivity and your marketing efforts over the long-term.
Beyond the warranty period, we aim to provide ongoing support whether this is via an agreed contract or simply help ad hoc as and when it’s needed. To this end, we offer our customers free telephone support.
Where more in-depth help is needed for example, you are looking to make changes or add new features, we like to be as transparent as we can. We will review the requirements and provide a quotation before you incur any fees.
