New site launched for automotive photographer Nick Dimbleby

Sales Module for Warings intranet

Warings Furniture offers a wide range of hotel and restaurant furniture. Their collection comprises chairs, stools, sofas and tables, designed to provide your venue with a strong, stylish identity. Rade have created a trouble-free quote generator which the sales team can use in the office and on the road.

Using the existing website’s infrastructure, Rade have created a secure, password-protected intranet. A wizard-style step-by-step sales order process will lead to the creation of a quotation to match the customer’s requirements.

The quote generator is made up of a searchable customer database and a product locator module. The customer database will contain contact details, comments and a record of previous orders and quotes. The product database is searchable by type, style, availability and budget. These criteria will determine which products fit the customer’s requirements. The completion of the process will generate either a sales order confirmation or pro-forma invoice which can be saved or emailed as a pdf.

Tyre price comparison website grows

Tyre Price Advisor launched last year, the UK’s first independent tyre price comparison website. The brainchild of David Wilson, editor of Tyres Online which has been publishing tyre test results, news and technical information since 1996, the new site allows consumers to compare the prices of leading brand tyres and analyse distributor’s additional services.

Built by digital agency Rade, the site allows you to search for tyres using size, brand and type criteria. The results provide you with up-to-date prices and links to each supplier. A sophisticated database tool has been incorporated to enable tyre suppliers to upload their own data so information remains current.

With the guidance of Rade, David is using a mix of social media to bring his new site to the attention of tyre shoppers.His regular readers now receive regular e-newsletters and he posts to forums and twitter to build the brand and drive more visitors to his site.
